Who we are

HASNA TECHNOLOGY (“we”, “us”) is located at 122 Eunos Avenue 7, #06-04, Richfield Industrial Centre, Singapore. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at info@hasnatech.com.

What we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to send us, for example through the contact form or the TalentHop early-access form:

• your name, email address and, if you provide them, phone number and company name;
• the service you are interested in and the message you write;
• the page you sent the form from.

When you visit a page, our server also records basic usage information: the page visited, your browser, operating system and device type, your IP address and the approximate country derived from it. With a form submission we include the page you came from (for example a search engine or LinkedIn) so we know how you found us.

We do this without cookies, and we don't record visits from browsers that send a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. See our Cookies Policy.

How we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project;
• to invite you to TalentHop early access, if you asked for it;
• to keep a record of our correspondence with you;
• to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful and how visitors find us.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Sharing

Your data is stored in our own systems and may be processed by trusted service providers that host or operate those systems for us, under confidentiality obligations. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@hasnatech.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
